By participating in STEM MUN conferences, you agree that photograph and video recordings taken during the sessions may be used by STEM MUN. These materials may be shared on our official social media channels, website, or promotional archives for promotional and documentation purposes. Any photography sharing complies with prior participant consents collected during the registration and application stages.

We may use cookies or similar session storage technologies to maintain your logged-in session on our Application Portal. We do not use these cookies to track your behavior on external websites.
