1. Application & Conference Fees

Participation in STEM MUN conferences may require confirmation fees. All paid fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are immediately allocated towards conference setup, material creation, and administrative costs.

2. Media Usage & Social Media Release

STEM MUN reserves the right to use any part of the conference (including debates, speeches, chat logs, video clips, and screenshots of sessions) for educational, archival, and social media posting purposes.

3. Delegate Code of Conduct & Technical Requirements

To ensure a professional, secure, and authentic diplomatic environment, opening your camera is mandatory during sessions. Failure to keep your camera active or comply with session rules may lead to removal from the conference without a refund.

4. Accuracy of Information

By submitting your application, you certify that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Providing false information or misrepresenting credentials may result in immediate rejection or disqualification from the conference.
